A loan of $1,150 helped to buy moto-cars to recondition and put up for sale.

Odalis's story

Odalis, 32, is an enterprising and responsible woman. Her partner is Richard, 40, and together they have two children: Yeni, 13, and Richard, 7.

Odalis has a business buying and selling moto-cars (light, 3-wheeled passenger vehicles). She carries out her business in her house, which is located in a very busy corner of her neighborhood. Here she awaits the arrival of customers, or she goes out to find them, something she commonly does because she doesn't like to be without anything to do. When she is selling the vehicles, she is always aware of providing all of the documents required by law, and that the vehicles are in optimal condition. She has been doing this work for nearly 5 years, and she works alongside her husband. He is in charge of reconditioning the vehicles that they put up for sale. Odalis enjoys her work, because it allows her to have a good income. At times she takes a high percentage of the sales, but sometimes she earns only enough to cover the daily expenses, but she is always in good spirits.

This is her 6th loan with the MFP institution, and she appreciates all of the people who are making this loan possible so that she can continue with her goals and objectives. Also, she is very committed to once again making her payments in a punctual manner, as she has always done up until now. She really appreciates belonging to her communal bank, because she acknowledges that all of the members are responsible people who are punctual with their payments.

With the sum of 3,000 Peruvian soles that she requests, she will buy more moto-cars to continue with her business so that she can have a greater variety of brands and models to offer to her customers.
