A loan of $1,025 helped provide capital for the operation of her food business.

Rosa Getrudis's story

Rosa is married by civil union. Her husband went to another country to look for a higher income, which he couldn't obtain in our city. Therefore, she works alone in her potato and pea production business. She is very humble and dedicated to her family. She has three daughters who she supports morally, since they are now older she doesn't help them economically.

She tries to increase the income she receives from her business, but it isn't very easy for her since she is alone. Therefore with the loan requested she wants to expand her business, in which she sells traditional food, and be able to offer a better atmosphere for her customers. So, in this way she will also increase the income she receives and be able to help her daughters economically when they need support, since at times they need their mother so they can resolve this type of problem.
