El señor Ronaldo tiene la edad de 57 años, se dedica al sector agricola y principalmente a la siembra de maíz y sorgo, habita en la comunidad el Tololar, municipio de posoltega, Es casado y con 4 hijos, de los cuales solo 1 está dentro de su carga familiar, ya que los otros son independientes.

el inicio con su padre desde muy pequeño lo que nos indica que cuenta con una amplia experiencia en el sector agrícola, pero fue hasta hace 12 años que se independizo. Don Ronaldo es una persona trabajadora, responsable y de muy buenas costumbres, lo que le ha permitido crecer cada día en su negocio de la agricultura, además que su trabajo le permite llevar el sustento hasta su hogar. A través de los financiamientos ha logrado cumplir sus metas las cuales son poder acudir sus cultivos dándoles un buen tratamiento y así poder obtener una cosecha de calidad.
