Khatuna is 29 years old; she is married and lives in a small village of Akhmeta District with her husband, Zurab. Khatuna and Zurab are busy with an agricultural business. They have a milking cow and produce cheese. They also own a plot of land, where cereals are grown. They sell harvested products on the local open market. The total average monthly income of the family is 500 Lari.
Khatuna requested a loan to purchase an additional milk cow and a calf. Khatuna and Zurab will be able to produce more cheese. This will increase their sales and the family will get additional income. With the increased income they plan to expand their business. They are very hard-working people and take good care of their livestock. Taking into consideration the above mentioned, the living conditions of the family will improve.
