El señor Rolando tiene 25 años, es soltero y vive con su madre en la ciudad de Carapeguá, cuenta que desde muy temprana edad empezó a vender las colchas que ellos mismos producen con su madre y su padre, después de muchos años se independizó y empezó a trabajar por cuenta propia.
Lleva productos artesanales de la zona a venderlos por las ciudades de Fernando de la Mora y Asunción, se transporta en su motocicleta que gracias a este trabajo logró comprarse y también ayudarle a la familia para salir adelante.
Solicita el préstamo para la compra de hamacas, frazadas y sábanas puesto que tiene muchos pedidos de estos productos y quiere poder cumplir con la demanda de ellos.
