A loan of $950 helped to buy brooms and other items.

Adjo's story

In order to provide for her family and help her husband, a mechanic, cover the household expenses, Mrs. Adjo started a business in 2004 selling brooms and other items. She likes it a lot, because it provides her with an income which enables her to blossom and meet her family's every need.

She has seven children, out of which two attend school. Their ages range from 14 to 32. She runs her business at her home. She's been trusting Kiva's partner, WAGES, for a while, and she's seeking her ninth loan from them, to be used to resupply her stock of products.
