A loan of $425 helped to buy merchandise for her grocery business.

Alicia's story

Alicia, age 31, has three children and is divorced. In spite of her circumstances, she has known how to get ahead for her children and herself. She does this to be an example of self-improvement for them and to show them that, with effort, everything is possible.

She is a strong and independent woman, and she has her own grocery business. By putting great effort into the business she has been able to get ahead.

Her husband does not help her with anything. That is why she is requesting this loan. She wants to stock her business. She wants to be more well-known in order to give her children a better future and to show them an example of everything that can be achieved.
