A loan of $400 helped to buy more fish in greater quantities in order to continue selling.

Roiser's story

Roiser, 42, is a very generous, kind and hard-working man. He is married to Reyna, the mother of his three children. They both work hard to be able to provide their family with a better quality of life.

He sells fresh fish for a living. His work starts very early in the morning, he goes to the port to source fresh fish of various types and qualities. Then he sells them as a travelling salesman, from his tricycle, in various squats. He is been working in this field for more than 10 years and considers it to be very profitable, since the price of fish is rising and it provides a good income. He is very happy with his business, since he has a trade and always has customers, who he assists with a smile and a friendly attitude. He plans to keep working so that his business can grow every day.

This is his sixth loan from MFP and he is very happy to know that he has financial support as it gives him a guarantee that he can continue working without stress. For his part, he is committed to continuing to be punctual in his payments, as he was during his previous loan commitments. He is also very happy to belong to his communal bank as all of its members are very responsible and caring.

With the requested sum of 1000 nuevos soles, he will invest in the purchase of more fish and in greater quantities as he is looking to get lower cost prices by buying in bulk.
