Catherine's story

Catherine is 35 years old, married to Philip, and blessed with three children. For the past two years, she has run a retail shop, a poshomill and dairy farming business, earning a monthly income of KES 25,000.

With her first loan of KES 80,000 from KADET Ltd., she intends to purchase additional stock for her shop like a sack of rice, two bales of wheat flour and washing detergent as well as animal feed for her cattle.

She intends to use the profits gained to reinvest and diversify the business. Her future plans is to become a large-scale outlet.
