Las Divinas Group's story

The “Las Divinas” (The Divine Ones) communal bank has 8 members, all women. The bank president is Adela who lives in La Guardia. She’s 25-years-old and has two children whose ages are 5 and 3.

Adela sells food in a stand located in the same zone where she lives. This loan is her first sequence in the institution and she will use it to buy sets of tables and chairs for her business to provide better comfort for her customers. The reason for requesting the loan is to continue improving her business. Adela will use profits to continue buying ingredients and thus improving her income.

Her wish for her business is to have a restaurant and thus provide better customer service. Adela is a very hardworking person who feels happy for the opportunity she and her fellow members are getting since in some cases they are the sole source of support for their families.
