A loan of $4,300 helped a member to buy clothes and shoes.

Las Malvinas Group's story

Susana’s married and has three children. She’s currently a member of the “Las Malvinas” communal bank which has 10 members who carry out a variety of commercial activities. Susana has worked for the last nine years selling food. This business arose because her husband earned minimum wage which was insufficient to cover basic costs, food, education and utility payments which is why Susana opened a food stand. Today, she has many customers and earns good profits.

In addition, for the last four years she’s also been selling shoes and clothes with her husband; they sell the shoes and clothes out in the province. Susana worked very hard to move her family forward and thanks to her effort and dedication has succeeded in improving her income. Her children attend private school and above all her family has a better quality of life.

Aiming at continuing to grow, she’s asked for a new loan to buy clothes and shoes. Susana will reach her goals with much work and effort and Edaprospo believes its loans will help.
