Efua operates a chop bar (food stall or shop where a variety of African dishes are sold), which she has done for 10 years. The foods she serves are fufu, banku, meat soup, fish soup, and rice balls. She is married and has 4 children. She uses her income to support her husband in paying their children’s school fees.
