Ngaet is 39 years old. She is married and resides with one child in Takeo Province, Cambodia. She has been weaving hammocks to sell for more than four years, earning approximate $2 daily. Her husband is a rice farmer who earns about $2 each day.
Due to the difficulty in her family’s transportation, Ngaet is requesting a loan of $400 to purchase a motorbike for commuting. This purchase would enable her to use the money saved on her transportation expenses to support the family. In the future, she would like to expand her business and build a new house as soon as possible.
