Gbenablodo Léontine's story

Married and the mother of four children (three of whom attend school), Gbenablodo Léontine sells condiments and palm oil, and makes the cheese commonly called soya - she has been doing this for years. She buys her supplies in one of Benin's markets. Her broad and varied customer base is mostly made up of food sellers. Motivated to strengthen her operating capital and to be able to meet her customers' demand, she has sought assistance from Finadev's micro-credit programme. This loan will allow her to grow her supplementary income and to participate with her children's education.
