Mr Chinbat, 40, is a musician who plays the violin in a drama theatre. His wife works with him and plays other instruments. They have both been doing their jobs for 19 years. Now he lives with his family in an apartment, which he bought recently. It is located in the boundary district of Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia. The apartments were built in the socialist era and they have not been repaired or renovated since they were built. Most of their rooms suffer from heat loss, emissions and lack of repair. In winter, his family feels very cold and they always have colds and flus due to heat loss through the walls and windows.

As a result, Chinbat has decided to make repairs to his apartment. At first he will insulate the walls and replace some of the old, damaged windows. Now he needs about 2,600,000 Mongolian tugriks (MNT) to cover the cost of the insulation materials such the foam, cement and rock wool. Please help his family to stay warm in winter.
