Edgar Alexander's story

Edgar is 40 years old, married, and has one child. He is a driver by trade but also does construction work; he learned the trade 21 years ago from a friend who taught him when they used to build houses together to earn a living. Edgar later perfected his craft in construction and now and days he fulfills work contracts with a group of people.

He is soliciting a loan from Fundación Campo to purchase 75 yards of fencing at a cost of $5.80 per yard, 30 cement posts at a cost of $15 dollars each, and 10 bags of cement at a cost of $8.15 each in order to build a barbed-wire fence. The goal is to make improvements to his home, giving him peace of mind that no animals will come on to his land and that his property will look good. He wishes to improve his home so that his daughter will grow up in a decent home.
