A loan of $400 helped to buy the beauty products she has on order for her clients.

Victoria's story

Victoria is 60 years old. She lives in the company of her tenants, who are like family. She bought her house 30 years ago and it is located in the community of Justice, Peace and Life.

Despite her age, she continues to work very hard, "I feel very agile," she told us. Her primary activity consists of the sale of desserts (jello, flan, custard and other sweets) at two schools in her neighborhood. This way, after a lot of walking and effort the day ends for Victoria, who afterwards begins to sell beauty products by catalogue, door to door in the homes of her neighbors in her community. Some of her customers also come to her home. She told us that she has many orders this month, so her working capital has decreased considerably, because she offers her products on credit. "Some pay me within 10 days, others within a month, because of this I have to pay the orders in advance to be able to deliver to my customers", she said. She is a woman who works very hard and hopes to have the strength to continue working.

She is a member of the collective group "San Juan Bautista" and this is her second loan with MFP. She ensures that with this funding she will improve her business, she is also grateful for the support that she receives from her association, that has many good people in it, which incentives progress. Victoria will invest the requested money in the purchase of more beauty products to provide them to her clients.
