She is very happy and grateful for the opportunity offered to her by Fondo Esperanza as it enables her to invest in her business. She also feels very comfortable in the company of the other entrepreneurs in the group as they share various activities and interests and this serves as a nice distraction. With regard to the trainings at the meetings, she has learned to run her business better. Talca is in the Maule region in the central zone of the country. It constitutes the administrative, economic, and cultural center of the region, being the most important city of the Valle Central of Chile. There is a curious phrase about Talca in Chile: "Talca, Paris and London." Among the possible reasons for this is that it is derived from a something an Englishman said "Talca is like London" for the mist that often covers the city in the wintertime, like in the capital of the United Kingdom.
