She is connectes to the Fundación Santo Domingo since 1996. She has received 26 loans from this organization. At first, she sold products via specialized business catalogues, but little by little she started buying items on sale and then display cases to organize her inventory and display it effectively, as she does now. With the support of the Fundación, Nancy has been able to expand her clientele, diversify her stock, and add more services, such as photocopying and a new business recycling plastic and cardboard. Nancy is a certified public accountant and is characterized as being enterprising and as being supportive and attentive to her son's wellbeing. She has given him and education and a home where he can live safely. In addition to her businesses, she offers accounting services to different businesses with which she has service contracts. Right now she is applying for a Kiva loan. With it she will buy women's accesories, paper products, cosmetics, bags, and shoes in greater volumes. In this way, she will update her inventory, offering her customers fashion and an effective response with varied merchandise of their preference. Her main goal is to offer her son specialized education and leave him a business legacy. That is all a good mother works for.
