A loan of $500 helped to buy cartons of sugar and pallets of mineral water.

Sakoma's story

Sakoma, age 37, is single with no children but he does support one person. He opened a grocery store near his home 11 years ago. His small business is running smoothly thanks to his vast experience in this activity and to his growing customer base.

He is seeking this loan to strengthen his working capital. He will diversify his merchandise (mineral water, sugar, sweets, etc.), and hopefully raise his profit margin.

Sakoma plans to reinvest part of his profits in his activity to meet the needs of his clientele, while the other portion will be used to provide for his family.
