Martha Florita's story

Martha is twenty years old and lives in the city of Nazca with her parents and siblings. She has always been a very cheerful girl, hard-working and enthusiastic, and has a strong desire to better herself. Thanks to her parents' support, who have always been by her side, she was able to go to culinary school. In her free time, she enjoys watching educational programs on television and sometimes she likes to prepare Chinese food to share with her family.
With a lot of perseverance, enthusiasm, and thanks to her parents' support, Martha started her small business. She sells groceries at home and dedicates about ten hours of work a day to her business. She is confortable with her work because it allows her to cover her expenses and help her parents. Martha believes her business is going well because her prices are good and she treats others kindly.
Martha is very grateful to Kiva lenders because, thanks to the help they offer, she will be able to purchase merchandise for her business, such as rice, sugar, legumes, milk, oil, drinks, beer, and other items. This will allow Martha to have a better-stocked business and, in turn, increase her sales and her income, which she hopes to use to expand her business by selling breakfasts so that, in the near future, she can make her greatest dream come true, which is to open her own restaurant.
