A loan of $200 helped to buy seeds, farm supplies and to pay labor costs.

Jose Carlos's story

José works growing corn. He lives with his grandmother. José started planting corn and beans when he was still little with his father who taught him the entire process; he has experience.

He’s asking for a loan to buy farm supplies. He will buy manure, improved seed and will pay for laborers which will help him improve the production of basic grains keeping them safe from infestations and giving him the opportunity to grow.

José’s hope is to continue growing corn and to add another crop, to support his family so that they can get ahead improving his work and the production of basic grains.
