A loan of $575 helped to buy a dual-needle sewing machine to increase her productivity.

Cindy's story

Cindy is a 20-year-old entrepreneur who is highly motivated to provide a better life for her 2-year-old daughter and also contribute economically in her household. She decided to launch her own business making footwear. She learned the trade from her father, who has been in this line of work for many years. Thanks to this experience, she has has built her business to a point where she has large orders from her customers. This has in turn enabled her to improve her family's quality of life and has brought opportunities to make further progress.

During the three years she has had her business, her biggest challenge has been the lack of working capital to be able to grow her business. Since she now has a large number of customers and plenty of orders from them, Cindy is seeking a loan so she can buy a dual-needle sewing machine to increase her productivity.

In this way she will be able to fulfill her customers' orders and thus increase her income considerably. This will allow her to provide her parents with a better quality of life and to provide her 2-year-old daughter with everything she needs. Her greatest dream is to continue making economic progress and to be able to provide a quality education for her daughter. Furthermore, she also dreams of having her own house so that she can provide a more stable home for her daughter.
