A loan of $700 helped to buy pigs to bring to the market.

Vilma Gladys's story

Vilma makes a living raising pigs. She learned this business as a child close to her parents because they had been pig merchants. She does not have a set schedule to attend to the labors that the farm demands. She lives with her grandchild; her children have already moved to their own homes. Her grandchild is the only one who is economically dependent on her.

She is requesting a loan for the purchase of pigs to fatten them and then put them on the market. The loan will allow her to carry out a good investment that provides an opportunity to grow her business. It would also give her greater future profits. Her objective is to fulfill a good investment in the business, being able to have sale opportunities with her customers.
