A loan of $1,125 helped to buy clothes.

Iris Yaneth's story

Iris, 30, is a single mother; she has a daughter and lives in the town of Azacualpa.

Iris Yaneth is very hardworking. She’s been selling merchandise like underwear for women and men, socks, stockings, shirts and blouses for two years. She used to work in a funeral parlor and managed to establish her own business. From this business she earns income needed for her daughter’s schooling and for household expenses.

Her goal is to see the business better stocked and to use profits to cover her daughter’s schooling costs until she graduates and to manage to acquire a house of her own. She will use this loan to buy more underwear, socks and shirts to take advantage of this sales season.
