Saro is 52 years old. She is married and resides with five children in Prey Veng Province, Cambodia.
She has been involved in cultivating rice and fattening up animals for more than ten years, earning approximately $3 per day. Four of her children are construction workers. They earn about $12 daily.
Saro is requesting a loan of $300 to purchase fertilizer and fuel to use for cultivating rice.
In the future, she would like to expand her business and help her children earn Bachelor’s degrees. Moreover, she hopes to rebuild her present house to make it more comfortable for her family.
