Razykan is a participant of the "Ilim-1" group. She is 32 years old and works as a literature teacher at the Nooken village school. To provide an additional source of income for her family, Razykan has been involved in animal husbandry and farming for five years, having started this business with a sum of 5,000 som. Thanks to her hard work, today her business contains 20 sheep and three cows, and the sales of milk and meat yield about 15,000 som per month. Additionally, Razykan works on 0.75 hectares of land, where she grows cotton and corn. In order to further develop her business, Razykan requested a loan in the amount of 100,000 som (KGS) from the "Bai-Tushum and Partners" company to purchase additional heads of livestock and fertilizers for the soil. She plans to invest the earnings from the loan into a continued development of her business in order to have a future ability to educate her children at a good university.

В качестве дополнительного источника дохода для своей семьи, Разыкан на протяжении 5 лет занимается животноводством и полеводством, начав этот бизнес с суммы 5,000 сом. Благодаря упорному труду Разыкан в ее хозяйстве на сегодняшний день имеется 20 овец и 3 коровы, продажа молока и мяса приносит около 15,000 сом в месяц. Дополнительно, Разыкан обрабатывает 0,75 га земли , где выращивает хлопок и кукурузу.
В целях дальнейшего развития своего бизнеса, Разыкан обратилась в компанию «Бай –Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 100,000 сом (KGS) на покупку дополнительных голов скота и удобрений для земли. Доходы от кредита Разыкан планирует вложить в дальнейшее развитие хозяйства, чтобы в будущем иметь возможность обучить детей в хорошем ВУЗе.
