Cholponay is the leader of the "Ilim-1" group. She is 36 years old and works as a mathematics teacher at the Nooken village school. To provide an additional source of income for her family, Cholponay has been involved in animal husbandry for seven years, having started this business with a sum of 1,500 som. Thanks to her hard work, today her business contains 20 sheep and one cow, and the sales of milk and meat yield about 20,000 som per month. In order to further develop her business, Cholponay requested a loan in the amount of 60,000 som (KGS) from the "Bai-Tushum and Partners" company to purchase additional heads of livestock. She plans to invest the earnings from the loan into a continued development of her business.

В качестве дополнительного источника дохода для своей семьи, Чолпонай на протяжении 7 лет занимается животноводством, начав этот бизнес с суммы 1,500 сом. Благодаря упорному труду Чолпонай в ее хозяйстве на сегодняшний день имеется 20 овец и 1 корова, продажа молока и мяса приносит около 20,000 сом в месяц.
В целях дальнейшего развития своего бизнеса, Чолпонай обратилась в компанию «Бай –Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 60,000 сом (KGS) на покупку дополнительных голов скота. Доходы от кредита Чолпонай планирует вложить в дальнейшее развитие хозяйства.
