A loan of $600 helped purchase fertilizer, herbicide, and pesticide, and pay rent on his land.

Daniel Santos's story

Daniel lives with his wife and two kids. He is a farmer, bricklayer, and motorcycle driver. He learned these trades by himself and has worked in these fields for five years. Through these trades, he has been able to earn an income for his family.

He is requesting a loan because he is starting to plant corn. He needs to pay rent on his fields and apply fertilizer, herbicides, and pesticides. The loan will give him the financial resources to invest in what he needs most to have a healthy crop. Daniel’s goals are to improve his home, his crop, and be able to add something new to his fields to have a new crop.
