A loan of $300 helped to buy oil, seasonings, soft cheese, cooked pork and corn.

Edith Lisseth's story

Edith's business is selling afternoon snacks and pupusas. She lives with her mother in a home that they own. Edith also works part time as an employee. She started her business five years ago with her mother's support. She is currently requesting a loan to buy supplies for making her snacks and pupsas: oil, seasonings, 'quesillo' (soft cheese), 'chicharrón' (cooked pork), corn and other items that are really necessary to run her business well. This loan will help her to maintain a profitable business and offer more variety in her sales. Edith's aspiration is to have well-equipped premises for her business where she can better serve her customers and attract new people.
