A loan of $5,875 helped a member to buy natural remedies to sell.

Mujeres Trabajadoras Group's story

The “Mujeres Trabajando Juntas” (Women Working Together) committee has been in operation for four years working with Fundación Paraguaya. Most of the members have been carrying out productive activities with which they help their families.

Marta is one of this committee’s members. She joined the committee because she needed to have a way of helping and supporting her family. She’s a street vendor of natural remedies and also recyclable materials like aluminum, plastic, paper, metal, etc. She hopes for a better future for her children which is why she strives daily to give them the opportunity to study and attain a better future.

She’s asking for the loan to buy natural remedies to continue selling thus continuing to help her family.
