Janvier's story

Janvier was born in Rwanda and is 30 years of age. He is married with five children aged from 9 months to 9 years, and two of his children go to school. He himself has five years of primary school education. Janvier is a retailer, and this is his first loan with ACB. He plans to use his loan to buy 40 liters of oil, five bags of corn flour, three bags of rice, 25 kilos of sugar, bicycle spare parts, two doors and three windows for his store. To increase his business he plans to request other loans and increase the products he sells. Over the coming years he would like to become a wholesaler and trade outside of Rwanda. Janvier plans to use his profits to complete his home and pay for his children’s education.
