A loan of $2,300 helped to purchase raw material.

Jose Luis's story

José Luis is originally from the state of Nuevo León. He has resided in Nuevo Laredo for over thirty years and for over fifteen years he has been making and selling piñatas and handicrafts, which are exported to the United States. His wife and son help him with his business. This way he creates jobs for two people. He uses the income from his business to cover all of the family expenses as well as the business' own expenses. José Luis is requesting the loan in order to purchase and stock up on enough raw material to make piñatas and handicrafts, which are sent to the US, so that he can continue giving employment to people who so badly need it. The most important thing to him is taking care of his family and providing what they need.
