A loan of $1,275 helped to purchase apricot trees for production of dried apricots.

Muyasara's story

Muyasara is a very kind and compassionate woman. She is a mother of two children and a loving wife. Muyasara has been working as a teacher for the past four years. However, as a teacher's salary today is quite low, she also buys and resells dried fruit. Usually, she purchases fruit in bulk from wholesalers, processes it, and then sells it to her regular customers.

The purpose of Muyasara's loan is to buy 80 apricot trees. She will cultivate them and, together with her children, dry their fruit. Being quite experienced in this business, Muyasara knows that the price of dried apricots will go up in the autumn and winter, and they can bring a good profit.
