A loan of $775 helped to buy 25 sheep and livestock feed.

Bineta's story

Bineta is a married woman who has four children, three of whom go to school. Her youngest daughter (who she is carrying on her back in the photo) is still a baby.

In addition to the household chores, which occupy most of her time, Bineta also works raising sheep. She buys sheep which she fattens, before reselling them after several months. The income she obtains from this business allows her to provide for herself and her children. She has requested a loan of 400,000 francs to buy 25 sheep and livestock feed. In the future, Bineta would like to work raising cattle.
