A loan of $950 helped to have enough capital to buy another motorcycle taxi.

Guido's story

Guido is 46 and is an honest and friendly man. Hee has always worked a lot to offer better living conditions to his family. He is married to Narda, who is 38. They have 3 children: Melina, 15; Alexa, 10; and José, 4. They live together in the home they were able to build as a result of hard work.

He makes a living transporting passengers in a motorcycle taxi. He does this with serenity and tranquility, since he believes his passengers' safety is the most important thing. In the same way, he offers his cell phone number so he can always be contacted by any customer that needs a ride or possibly his electrician services. He spends his days in the city streets or in homes when they need some sort of electrical work. He has done these activities for 15 years and although at the beginning it didn't go very well for him, he now affirms that the situation has changed and his income has multiplied thanks to being referred by his customers. In the future, he hopes to be able to buy more motorcycle taxis to rent them out.

This is his seventh loan with Microfinanzas Prisma, and he is thankful to those who have made it possible for him to continue with his objectives. He promises to make his payments on time like he has done with his previous loans. He is very happy to belong to his communal bank since the members are very good, friendly, and supportive.

With the requested amount (2,500 PEN), he will increase the capital that he needs to buy another motorcycle taxi.
