Thach is 47 years old. She is married and blessed with a son in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia.
She has been weaving plastic baskets to sell for more than ten years, earning approximately $4 per day. Her husband is a construction foreman who earns about $5 per day. Her son is a construction worker. He earns about $4 per day.
In order to improve her family’s finances, Thach is requesting a loan of $1,100 to purchase plastics to use for weaving baskets to sell. This money will help her expand her business and earn more profit to support the family. In the future, she would like to use the profit to expand her business and rebuild her house to be more convenient for her family.
