Integrada por la señora Lucia de 51 años de edad,doña Lucia se dedica a la elaboración y venta de tortillas en su domicilio, desde hace 10 años, doña Lucia líder de este dúo necesita capital para seguir invirtiendo en la compra de maíz en cantidades mayores, debido al tiempo de invierno ella sabe que es difícil encontrar maíz seco para elaborar sus tortilla, también entre sus planes es aprovechar la feria Titular de su localidad en la cual mucha gente visita el parque de diversiones y los comerciantes que se instalan temporalmente son clientes de todos los años para venderles tortillas, y los tres tiempos de comida, incluyendo refacciones.
