To earn a living, she works as a tailor. By doing so, she earns approximately $3 per day. Her husband is a chef, as well as a rice farmer, and he typically earns approximately $4 per day.
In order to improve her family’s standard of living, Sareith is requesting a loan in the amount of $1,000 to purchase more farmland to use for cultivating rice. In this way, she should be able to generate more income to support her family. In the future, she would like to expand her business and to help her children earn bachelor’s degrees. Moreover, she hopes to rebuild her present house to make it more convenient for her family.
