Badri is 41 years old. He lives in a small village in the Akhmeta District with his family: his parents, a brother and an 8-year-old niece. His parents are pensioners, and his brother is a shepherd. Badri runs an agricultural business. He has milk cows and produces cheese, which is sold on the local open market. He also has pigs and sells piglets. Total average monthly income of the family is 900 Lari.
Badri requested a loan to build a cattle shed for his livestock. After he builds the cattle shed, he will be able to keep more pigs. This will increase the sales from his business. With increased profits, he will be able to reinvest in the family agricultural business in order to expand it and make it more profitable, meaning that the living conditions of the family will be improved.
