Alejo Armando's story

Alejo Armando, 38, is single and has a daughter; he lives in Puerto Cortes. He’s been making and selling hotdogs (bread stuffed with a hotdog, cabbage and hot sauce) for 8 years. He earns a living and supports his family this way. He sells this snack from place to place driving a bicycle powered cart.

He’s asking for a 6000 lempira loan to repair the cart and to buy ingredients to make his product such as special hotdog buns, sauces, hotdogs, cabbage and others. He hopes to improve his cart’s appearance and to sell more. His goal is to have several carts and to hire people to help him sell more product to increase his income.
