Kiketha is a thirty-one-year-old married man living in Fort Portal, Uganda. He has a personal goal of building a permanent house as a residence. He has been a librarian for the last five years, and with the salary earnings, he has been able to pay school fees for his children. He faces the hardship of paying high taxes but has a vision of buying land on which to grow crops. Kiketha intends to use the loan to buy construction materials for his house.
