Chheng has owned and managed a rice farming business for many years. He is 34 years old and married. Recently, he has to live separately from his wife due to unavoidable family circumstances. He now lives with his father, his elder brother and his children. Despite his hardships, Chheng wants to work out his business and ensure a good education for his children.
Chheng would like to request a loan in the amount of KHR 1,000,000 due to the financial difficulty he is experiencing nowadays. He will use the loan to buy farming supplies to improve the growth of his rice crops. Through using the loan, he hopes to obtain a plentiful harvest this coming crop season.

The organization provides microfinance services to the poor, particularly women, in urban and rural areas. Kiva lenders’ funds will be used to expand the outreach of HKL’s financial services to a greater number of clients in rural areas of Cambodia.
