Wilfredo's story

Wilfredo is 29 years old, married, and has a son. They live in a village in Taulable, Comayagua. Ever since he was little Wilfredo has been packaging lime powder. For eight years he has had his own business of making lime powder. This product is used in construction, and it is used for cooking corn. He buys the supplies like the limestone, he burns it in an oven, and he produces the lime powder. Then he packs it in sacks or bags and sells it. His business is located on the roadside in an area where a lot of vehicles travel. This is favorable for his sales. He has requested various loans from ODEF for this business. He is currently requesting his sixth loan to buy materials like limestone, wood, and bags, and to pay workers to pack the product. His dream is to maintain and expand the business in order to generate good income and achieve a state of well-being for his family.
