A loan of $1,125 helped to purchase more clothes to sell in her store.

Brígida's story

Brigida is 59 years old and married to Eusebio, who is 68 years old. They purchased their house, where they currently live with their four children, twenty-five years ago.
She is a woman who likes to move forward. Years ago, she learned to sell clothes in the store where she worked when she was very young. This experience motivated her to open her own business since she likes to attend to her customers and help them to chose the best clothes. She has been doing this work for twenty-five years with her husband’s help. Thanks to her earnings she has been able to educate her children.

Brigida is very grateful for MFP’s [Microfinanza Prisma’s] financial support, which has helped her to feel safe about moving forward with her business. She is satisfied to have active and caring companions in her communal bank.
With this loan of 3,000 PEN [$1125], she will supply her store with more clothes to increase the merchandise available in her store.
