A loan of $625 helped a member to buy various food products (maize, yams, porridge and fritters).

Minangueze Group's story

The MINANGUEZE group consists of four members who live in the same neighborhood. The group's representative (raising her hand in the photo) is named Évelyne. She is 44 years old and married to a man named Médard.

Évelyne and Médard have four children who are all in school and all their dependents. Évelyne lives with her husband and children. The couple jointly takes care of the various household expenses.

Évelyne has been selling food products (maize, yams, porridge and fritters) from her home, for close to ten years. She buys her goods at a market in Benin.

It is the second time that Évelyne and the other members of the MINANGUEZE group are requesting financial assistance from ALIDé in order to strengthen their working capital and their activity, and to better meet their customers' demand.

Their previous loan has been duly repaid.

In this group: Evelyne, Madeleine, Brigitte, Nougbo Félicité
