Juana has been a member of the Communal Bank “Love and Truth” for 10 years.

Juana is 47 years old. She is married with 9 children, and 5 of them live with her. Juana travels to different fairs in the region three times a week to buy pigs and sheep, which she then raises for butchering. Later, she sells the meat at wholesale in the Santa Clara market and she also sells it from house to house.

Juana needs a loan of 2000 soles (approximately $737.00 US). This money will be invested in the purchase of cattle, goats, and pigs.

Juana’s dreams are for her children to become professionals, to build another house, and to improve her business.

Juana necesita un préstamo de 2000 soles, dinero que será invertido en la compra de ganado vacuno, caprino y porcino.

Los sueños de Juana son que sus hijos sean profesionales, construir otra casa y que su negocio mejore.
