Abdusattor was born in 1965. He is married and has three children. He lives high in the mountains, where there is snow on the ground from January to March. Everyone in the village raises livestock, and some leave Tajikistan to work in Kazakhstan or Russia. Abdusattor, however, does not want to leave his family, so he and the family raise animals at their home. His wife helps him keep the livestock; she milks the goats and makes sour milk balls from the milk. He is requesting this loan in order to buy animals and animal feed.

В их селе все занимаются откормом скота, некоторые выезжают за пределы Таджикистана и уезжают на заработки в Казастан и Российскую Федерацию. Но Абдусаттор не хочет оставлять свою семью, для этого он с семьей выращивают дома скот. Жена помогает Абдусаттору в разведении скота, она доит коз и из молока делает (кислые молочные шарики). Настоящий кредит получает для покупки скота и корма для скотов.
