Srey Touch is 42 years old. She is the mother of four children and resides with her husband in Kandal Province, Cambodia. She has been running a tailoring shop at home for more than four years, earning approximately $2 per day. Her husband is involved in fishing and earns about $3 per day. Three of her children are employed. They earn about $6 per day. In order to improve her husband’s business, Srey Touch is requesting a loan of $700 to purchase an engine boat for her husband to use in his fishing. This purchase would enable him to go to the fishing site faster and generate more income to support the family. In the future, she would like to expand her business and build a fence around her house.
