Maria Nancy's story

Nancy is a 32-year-old mother who lives with her husband and two children in the village of Punto Nueve. This farming area is in the District of Mocumi, Department of Lambayeque, and is located more than 25 minutes away from the city of Chiclayo.

Nancy has been raising and selling pigs for 10 years. The animals are sold to traders from the area. She learned this trade from her parents. Nancy also sells chilled soft drinks from her home. Through these businesses, she is able to move her family forward and help her husband meet their daily expenses.

Nancy wants to acquire balanced feed in order to improve the production of her animals. She also wants to make improvements to her home so that her quality of life can get better. For this reason, she is requesting a loan from Edpyme Alternativa in the amount of 1,000 PEN.
